A native of Northern New York, Dr. Jordan Davidson pursues opportunities in opera, operetta, musical theater, concert, and recital. Jordan holds a DMA and MM from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA and a BM in Music Education from SUNY Potsdam’s Crane School of Music. Jordan has held teaching positions at the University of Mary Washington, University of Virginia, James Madison University and is currently the Director of Choirs, Piano, and Musical Theatre at Spotswood High School in Rockingham County, VA. Jordan has performed with companies and organizations around the country; most notably Utah Festival Opera and Musical Theatre, Hawaii Performing Art Festival, Charlottesville Opera, Fall Island Vocal Arts Seminar, Opera Saratoga, Springfield Symphony Orchestra, and the Oratorio Society of Virginia.
