Upon graduation, Braydon began working for the office of Alumni & Parent Relations as the Database Specialist and Milepost Editor. He served as co-chair and then chair of the Alumni Engagement Task Force, chair of the Homecoming Cross-Cultural Subcommittee, secretary of Haverim, and advised both the Homecoming Committee and Executive Committee of the Alumni Council.

He joined the Development Office team as Associate Director for the Shenandoah Valley and Virginia and is building relationships with the local constituency. He joined the Bach Festival board in an ex-officio capacity in Fall 2015.
